One of my Twitter followers provided a link to a one-page document that was part of the minutes of a Vaughan City Council meeting--a Joe Cun-trera living at 96 Mellings Drive wrote a complaint letter and submitted it, which meant he wasn't necessarily at the meeting. Here's the link:
