Skinny Joey doesn't pay his debts and is a deadbeat. He robbed his accomplices in the armored car heist. He "made" guys just for money. Every cop and fed wants to nail his ass. He takes pictures and posts them on Instagram. He drives a Rolls Royce and wears shorts. Didn't someone say he was wearing pink or light blue slacks recently? Very douchey.
