Visiting day in Otisville FCI was an eye opener for me. 80 hacidic men would receive their visitors 5 days a week. Some of them would have 8,9 - 11 kids. They explained to me how their marriages weren't legal and the mothers could claim single parent status as a result... It's no secret among them. They have no shame about it either. Justifying it by claiming if they didn't take it, all the schvartzas would.

People from Jersey(myself included) would guess the top of the list is Newark,Trenton,Paterson and Camden because those are the four places with the high poverty and crime.
