I hear ya Foots. I always thought I was pretty good with my hands, until I sparred a few rounds with a bonafide professional. The guy was a brilliant counter puncher and had incredible footwork, so it didn't matter that I hit hard because every time I threw a punch he just slipped or blocked it and he just continued to jab me silly..

The whole experience was very damaging to my ego LOL


When I was a kid I saw someone try to fight a jujitsu guy on the street this was in the 60s. He could not hit him either jujitsu player kept throwing him to the ground. Remember no rules in a street fight. Finally the guy said fuck this and shot the jujitsu guy in the chest and walked away.
