Many want to quit but physically their body won't let them . Some people are just stronger I suppose and unfortunately many get hooked due to the pharma / Doctor sales culture we have and well some are just young and dumb and some deserve hard consequences , especially those that knowingly hook others, but just let them All die , you got to be one heartless person to say that . That's just not me but everyone is entitled to their opinion
It's true that addictions start with a bad decision. But once that mistake is made, it's hard for a lot of people to get out of it. It's true that some of those people will overdose again and again, but if even just some of them survive to clean up and become productive citizens again, I think it's worth it.
