What's the difference between being incarcerated and being incarcerated?
Could this become a candidate for longest trial in history?
Because they are behind bars safe while there is a war at hand and the fact that the more days they spend behind bars now gets them out earlier once sentenced. Makes a big difference.
First argument makes sense, second one I'm not sure because in the end they've served the same amount of time if I'm not mistaken.
