It's all about the money. Cutting it with fentanyl is cheaper. Only need to add micrograms of that fentanyl stuff, giving better high to your users and giving dealers more money in their pockets. That's if you don't kill them. But even when the users die, other users WANT that good shit that killed the ppl who just died.


Blame the pharmaceutical companies who started this epidemic fifteen years ago with pills. All these kids were hooked on pills. What a shame! Big business always wins.
