If this is all true and Cali isn't boss any more, does he just lose his stripes and get knocked down to solider? Or, is he quietly forced to retire like Junior Gotti? Maybe he's got so much money now they'll force him to retire and he just focuses on his legitimate income and turns over his rackets to his crew.
It was rumored that he never wanted the top seat to deal with all that heat, so maybe he'd be fine stepping back and giving up control. Maybe he was just a figurehead for John Gambino and this current beef is because he got sick of kissing ass and being constrained by his in-laws on both sides of the ocean.

Since mrjustsayno dicked up yet another thread.. did we ever get any confirmation that Frank Cali was involved in domestic violence w his wife, that he was knocked down, and Mannino is now acting?.. i know obviously the Gambinos dont issue press releases on management changes lol jw if anyone not certifiably insane has any insight?.. as always thanks fellas for the replys
