Abramo is who you are talking about he is a brother in law to Alan Longo a capo in the Genovese family.
There was a decent chunk on Abramo in the book "Born To Steal". It was fascinating because the soldiers and associates were all loud and flamboyant but they said Abramo, a captain, was very quiet... like he didn't need to make a scene, people knew he had power and feared him. Real bad boys move in silence I guess.
