How did he managed that? So if I have it right, Michael Mancuso is in Pennsylvania, Anthony Urso is in Texas, and Tommy Fiore is in Danbury. Fiore is close and can see John, Carmine, as well as his uncles the Chillis. Salerno can still see Mancuso, unless the feds blocked those visits.
