Someone did an in-depth article on the 42 Gang several years ago and dismissed a lot of the big names that are usually associated with that organization. I'm pretty sure that Giancana and Battaglia were with the 42's, but not any of the other names you listed. I could be mistaken, though, as it's been some time since I've read that article. Torello, at least, was too young to have been a part of the gang.
