Pretty sure Esposito is a drug addict too , but then again the guy he reports to (Marty Angelina) is a fall down drunk....
He has to be his eyes are always glazed over, his movements are always slow. You would think he's on lithium or had a lobotomy, no joke. He did do like a year in prison though recently? I used to see him around pretty often but barely since he has been released.
