The most active lcn member is Peter Limone that made 33 y in prison and now is the boss of the patriarca family.


There are loads of guys that have done decades in prison, it would have to be researched who has done the most. Just taking a quick Matty Madonna has atleast 30 years in prison, I think Sonny Franzese has 30 in total.
