Ya, he's walking on Passyunk ave bc you can see the sign for "Stogie Joe's" in the background. It's one of the few bars on Passyunk, where the older South Philly native's go, nowadays. Almost every other place caters to the hipster crowd.
That's correct- that is Stogie Joe's in the background, which according to Scott Bernstein, is where Joe Chickie Ciancaglini hangs out at on a daily basis. It's also, coincidently, the same building that housed the plumbing supply store where the Scarfo mob had one of their clubhouses at Camac & Moore. I wonder if there's some sort of connection to the building that causes them to always hang there such as the owner of the building being an associate or something like that?
