Don't know Phil...have friends down there, many don't care for him..I don't know the is story at all that New England said, not saying it ain't true just don't know it.New England, much of what u may read may be innacurate or just citizens throwing up info, that being said, there are some guys who are on point..and then there are posers that act like street guys in the know that don't gave aclue...now, regarding Phil, as i said don't know him, and some friends down there aren't fans, a couple are tho..and someone up here that I love and respect did time with Phil and absolutely loves him, so that co sign means a lot to me..but that don't mean what u say is not true, just a story we don't know that's all
