Ha ha! That recipe looks good Mark!! I do think it's a regional thing. I remember I had a cousin here in CA years ago, who referred to it a gravy. I thought that was weird at the time too. Maybe it's a big city thing. Come to think of it, there's a restaurant here called "The Macaroni Grill" (have you heard of it). It was years before I went there that I found out it was an Italian restaurant. Who knew.
