Roberto Duran used to live at the mayflower hotel in between fights in the 1980s. I had an apartment their back then.

He was a little guy but when he wasn't training he was about 180 that is fat for a small guy.
He had a lot of guys always with him back then. Their used to be a little good humor cart right outside the hotel on the Central Park side. He would go and buy everything in the cart for him and his friends.
