Rocco DeGrazia. In 1935 he became the capo of the Melrose Park area and remained like that untill 1955. He and his nrother Andrew smuggled opium. They extorted pharmacist companies for opium and later they resold it. But the thing was that they also smoked a lot of opium. Rocco was once arrested with an ounce of opium and pipes for smoking.
