Indeed. There's a longer version of the video that the PD of that town released.....threy are minutes of footage where the video "vanishes". I thought tampering with law enforcement dashcams was a crime.
When they saw the Northwestern student ID, they REALLY got angry and beat him harder....
Some people are just not cut out to be cops and should be doing something else.
I honestly don't know why any person of any color would jump out of their vehicle and start yelling. Note to everyone, when pulled over by a cop always remain in your vehicle with hands on the wheel, never jump out of the car in an excited manner and I promise you nothing like this will ever happen.
