Chicago PD is trying to stir up shit and imply that #BLM was involved. Chicago PD is becoming one of the worst law enforcement agencies since the 1980's LAPD.
Chicago PD has been just as bad, if not worse, for much longer. There are countless instances of abuse going back decades that show the systemic racism that's prevalent in the CPD. Check out the book 'Courtroom 302', it's just a small peak into how dirty those guys really are.
