Joe Pitts wasn't Uncle Joe Giaccobe. Joe Pitts was Joseph Conigliaro. He was paralyzed after he and a partner shot each other after taking a victim in a car. Joe Pitts was a DeCavalcante associate at first but later a Gambino associated with the Carroll Gardens Gambino crew with Bobby Boriello. Ran a social club called the "One Over Golf Club"
