DeeBee was hit in Sammy's office on Stillwell Ave, not a social club, and to my best knowledge Joseph Paruta did the hit. I think you're mixing up the hit on Milito which happened at a bar and John Carneglia was the shooter. Carneglia and Gene Gotti went away for 50 years on the heroin charge before Sammy flipped. To my knowledge, they weren't directly impacted nor did Sammy do them any damage from the stand.
Milito was a true wiseguy unlike Gravano. The bull only pulled the trigger once, he didn't have the stomach for it. On most of the hits he was part of he designated Milito as the trigger man because Milito was a stone cold gangster, unlike Gravano.
