Chicago PD is trying to stir up shit and imply that #BLM was involved. Chicago PD is becoming one of the worst law enforcement agencies since the 1980's LAPD.
The fact that it took that for you to think Chicago is off the rails and not the 700 lives taken in Chicago due to gun violence in 2016, shows what a partisan hack you are.
