I am not black, but was stopped and Frisked over 100 times as a kid. They never caught me with a weapon on me we had them hidden until we needed them.

In those days buildings were all heated with heating oil or dirty coal and they all had water pipes. That is where we hid weapons. I even hid money in those pipes.
