That disease comes on fast and being in jail with out the best health care probaly a death sentence. Buy the time he gets out he'll be a shell of his old self. With all his friends and brother inlaw dead its probaly over for him.
He's got enough money I'm sure he can get outside visits for a huge fee. There is no telling about Canada!
It's a fuckin disease, he takes four or five medicines a day to slow down the progress. Eventually he will end up in a wheelchair.
