I am from the country. We all own many guns. Our great grandparents, grandparents, parents, ourselves, and our children all know how to aim and we all can hit a target.
What makes you think guns would be the only form of weapons used in a U.S. civil war?
Because I am pretty sure the urban communities don't have any ICBM's.
