your post was so vague. "No wonder there are so many murderers there". Wasn't sure if you were talking about murders in general, which your post implies. Because that couldn't be further from the truth. Even though sentences are so light in Canada, the numbers of murders in general are astronomically higher in the U.S. per capita.

Even though you finally clarified you were talking about LCN murders, your comment still makes no sense. This next part will probably be over your head, but you are making a connection between sentences and the amount of murders in the LCN, by saying that short sentences equals more murders. Yet across Canada there are way less murders per capita, with LCN murders simply being an exception to the rule. Statistics would suggest the reason for LCN murders being higher is something else. There are a couple of things that could be.
