I have an old paper clipping of the "Montreal Matin" dated 1973 showing a chart. At the top of the chart was Vic Cotroni and his four lieutenants were Paolo Violi,Frank Cotroni, Louis Greco and Nicola Di Iorio.


The chart you are referring to was filed with the Quebec Police Commission in 1973 at its inquiry into organized crime. This chart appears as Figure 1 in the 1977 Quebec Police Commission publication The fight against organized crime in Québec: report of the Commission of Inquiry on Organized Crime and Recommendations.
