I have some understanding about why the girl lied. She's scared to death of her father. Even here in the U.S., Muslim fathers have killed daughters who get out of control or who date outside of their religion. Look at her in court. She's 18 years old, a legal adult, but she submitted to her father shaving all of her hair off. To make it clear to everyone else, I'm not saying that her hoax was okay, just that I understand where she's coming from.

As for the firefighter, he may be a racist and it backfired. If that's the case I'm sure he'll get what's coming to him.
