In normal times, most people would have agreed that reports of a foreign government interfering in US elections were disturbing, irrespective of political allegiance. Now, it seems, positions not taken on a purely partisan basis are as rare as hen's teeth.


Imagine the signal it sends to foreign powers if the US doesn't retaliate for election interference if that interference manages to work.
