The older son of "Sopranos" actor Michael Imperioli and his wife Victoria faces criminal mischief charges after he allegedly spray-painted a swastika in a dorm at Purchase College.

The son of "Sopranos" star Michael Imperioli allegedly spray-painted a swastika in a dorm at SUNY Purchase College in Westchester County, the Journal News reports.

Vadim Imperioli faces a charge of with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, although during a court hearing Tuesday in another case involving the 19-year-old, the prosecutor told the judge that "there is consideration of it being upgraded to a felony." The prosecutor also said that Vadim had served three years' probation for vandalism in California, according to the Journal News.

Vadim Imperioli was in court Tuesday in a case of petty larceny for the unauthorized use of a car in October.

The swastika was painted on a bulletin board at Purchase College, where Imperioli had been enrolled, although it is unclear if he is still a student there. Another case of vandalism at the school, in which "Black Lives Don't Matter" was scrawled elsewhere on the campus, is still being investigated.
