The attorney needs to get a subpoena for that video, so if it does end up getting damaged, erased or missing they will pay a legal penalty. Hopefully some people did record the incident with their cell phones.

Yeah, we'll also see if the incident report/police report filed by the 3 cops matches what the store video shows.
I'm also thinking that the ones who recorded the latter part of the incident(after he screamed for bystanders to record cops beating on a guy who was complying) are holding on to the footage and not posting it online like kids would do.

Sad stuff but it's reality.
