The attorney needs to get a subpoena for that video, so if it does end up getting damaged, erased or missing they will pay a legal penalty. Hopefully some people did record the incident with their cell phones.

I know there is a lot of abuse by CO's, but we can't paint all of them with that brush. For all we know this guy could have been a decent and honest CO. Plus the way they have cameras and snitches in prisons, it's not as easy to get away with being abusive as it was in the past. So whatever the case, this man didn't deserve what he got, and I hope he ends up getting well paid.
