There was a story recently that a soccer player here in the MLS came out of the closet because he felt the need to tell the world he was gay. Then an opposing player on another team said something on the field to rattle him. Instead of handling it by himself he had to tell the press who it was now that opposing player is getting death threats and they want him out of the mls.

If I was that gay guy I would have got the guy alone and beat him up and moved on. But I guess the gay guy was a punk so he did not do it.
