He's facing a lawsuit now for Trump university. Having to "accept" the results of an election in a democracy is absurd. Did the GOP congress accept Obama's election? They formed a pact to reject every bill that was part of his agenda. There are plenty of ways to censure a sitting president, perfectly legal ways. Nobody has to accept the results of an election. The whole purpose of a democracy is for the people to have a constant voice, and constant access to government.
In that kind of democracy nothing will ever get done and it will ultimately lead to chaos and anarchy..
It's up to them if they want to accept it or not, it's just that it's pretty futile if nothing comes up that is ground for impeachment.
