they have a young family but philly is full of grimey lowlives
the fact they just start flipping property is pretty sad
not sure it makes you a lowlife if you flip houses, actually its simple economics, gambling and maybe drugs if they are involved are only steady streams of income....soo if you can get in and get the low interest loans and rehab, south philly and Im sure they have shady appraisers and people in the city they are connected to, so they can get these row houses for nothing. The next big build is in north philly near temple and everyone scrambling to get into that...everyone from the race hustlers, politicians, and legit and not legit entrepreneurs
