I agree with ScottD, there will not be a major shift in strategy by the Trump administration. The US already focused on foreign criminal (trafficking) groups, maybe Trump will step it up a notch.
And I have a feeling that the amount of resources and the number of agents allocated to LCN will go down even more and that's not necessarily a bad thing imo, the FEDs had a hard-on for them for way too long. In the 80's and 90's it was justified but nowadays I think there are bigger threats to society, crime wise..
