Rush Limbaugh ran with that accusation years ago..and also one that a mixed race red headed child in Arkansas was Bill Clinton's love child with a Black woman.
The "proof" was a photo of the young kid held next to a photo of the Bill as a kid.
Wouldn't put it past Clinton, but they were just accusations....and like F1 stated, until you get all parties involved to submit to DNA test....will remain nothing more than rumors. Those are the best rumors to spread, the ones that will never be confirmed or debunked.
Pre internet...Limbaugh got a lot of mileage out of those rumors.and the tabloids made millions spreading them.
