They take a video of a porn actress that looks like someone more famous, then claim that it really is the famous person. Some Trump followers probably saw the re-labelled video come up when they do searches and assumed it really was Machado.
What Ms. Machado really did was appear on a Big Brother-type show and have sex with another guest. She was shown having sex, but under a blanket. She also appeared in Playboy.
Some have claimed that Hillary had an affair with Vince Foster, another person says she's a lesbian. Nothing proven in either case.
There are also claims that she ran a "Nuts and Sluts" campaign to discredit her husband's accusers. These are just the women that Bill had affairs with, but also women he sexually harassed and possibly raped.
