F1,

There are some legitimate concerns about the use of cameras: 1) Often, because of where they're worn, they don't always show much beyond the officer's hands holding a weapon, which blocks the view of the suspect; 2) They're on when an officer has to use the bathroom, and no one wants to see or hear all that; 3) They're also expensive. Not the cameras themselves, but the monitoring and editing (for FOIA requests certain portions that violate privacy, etc., have to be redacted). Nevertheless, I still think they're necessary, but budgets have to be increased (meaning more taxes) to pay for all that.
