It's possible, in the 90s several Crips from the US were arrested here.
Interesting.I was under the impression that felons couldn't get either passports or entrance to certain countries. I'm imagining that any American Crips who would make plans to relocate to Netherlands would be older and be felons, for sure.
No idea about the background of these guys or how they got here. They were involved in armed robberies. The leading set are the 'Rollin' 200 Main Triad Crips' founded in 1989. Btw the Bloods also have a presence in the Netherlands.
