I "bet" there's a big Sports Betting scene in the Detroit suburbs in which Jackie Giacalone's network provides a service. I can see that as the most likely scenario in my opinion. I imagine the package being pretty big too that they handle. Detroit is a great sports city and you also have Michigan Football nearby in Ann Arbor, I can see a lot of action being placed.

I was actually once In Costa Rica a few years ago at one of those mob connected Casinos where Sports Betting web sites are hosted out of and where the wire room is and all the guys staying at the hotel in the casino were from Detroit. I didn't recognize any names, but I don't know anything about Detroit besides what I read on here.
