Just to give some perspective, in 1984 during the senate committee on organized crime in the Great Lakes region the FBI testified that the Detroit mob had 23 members. One boss, one underboss, six captains and 15 soldiers. And in 1989 they said there were only 26. Detroit never had a lot of made members. Also a reason why I believe that Nove Tocco was never actually inducted along with the fact that there's been no evidence or testimony given by him to that effect. I don't see any reason why similar numbers couldn't be maintained today, and with the ages of some of these members I can picture an organization with only 15 or so active members. I'm guessing they use a lot of associates and always have. The most recent Thomas Mackey-Kenneth Green gambling bust in 2014 involved nine people and specifically references others involved who were not named or indicted. And based on Green's involvement I think its pretty clear this was a Detroit mob connected gambling operation.
