Does anybody here know the story on reputed Wall Street con artist Sal "the Pizza Guy" Romano?

Evidently he was involved in the early 2000s with William Scotto, John "Johnny G" Gammarano and Joseph Quattrochi in a sophisticated pump-and-dump securities fraud scheme.

Both Sal Romano and Quattrochi flipped in 2005, and I believe they later testified against Junior Gotti and Johnny G

(1) Is this the same Sal Romano who was one of the four Romano brothers involved in a massive coin fraud???

"American Coin Company and Northeast Gold and Silver, Long Island, New York. Brothers Joseph, Michael, Salvatore, and Vincent Romano ran a boiler-room call center and stole $80 million by selling supposedly valuable coins. In fact, the coins were worth only about 10 to 20 percent of what customers paid."

(2) Why was Sal Romano nick-named the "Pizza Guy"?

(3) Is there any blood relation between Sal Romano and various Gambino Family members with this surname of the previous generation, mainly active in the 1950s and 60s. To wit, Michael Romano, Anthony Romano, Arnold Romano, Gaspare Romano

(4) When was Sal "the Pizza Guy" Romano born?

(5) Did he serve any time in prison? If so, when was he paroled?
