interesting about Crips in Netherlands. I'm sure that they are in America but Dutch West Indians(& South Americans) are a super minority here. I've met 3 of them in my entire life. I wonder if the ones who started the Crip groups over there are former resident of the States (California)who were deported back home..and then found their way to the Netherlands.
It's possible, in the 90s several Crips from the US were arrested here.
