In 2000, John Ashcroft lost that Missouri election to a dead guy. So, it wouldn't be the first time. Like I said, it sure would be awkward if Hillary gets the news of winning while in the hospital or something. I suppose if Hillary for some reason is not healthy enough to serve then Kaine takes over.
