I think the case against merlino isn't as crazy as the first press release made it seem. I want to hear all the recordered and videoed conversations... I can't see Joey saying anything on tape that is going to really bury him. He seems smart enough to pretty much assume everyone's wired and probably says very few words and some head nods and that's that.. But he for sure should have kept his nose out of dealing with anyone new outside of Philly. I think if he kept to just his Philly boys he would have never been indicted.
