Salemme did, he was charged and did time for not being truthful or some BS about the murder. Flemmi said he walked in on it happening, not sure why nothing was done then. Deluca probably put the body there, not sure he wouldn't have talked about it since the Fed's gave him a sweetheart deal anyway.

The whole thing is sad and full of BS, who cares about a guy that was in business with these guys and killed 20 years ago by a guy that's dead, Salemme jr. It's old, tired news.
