Man, Gotti was "dapper". There's no doubt about it. Look at those teeth. They're perfect. His hair looks as if he has it done hourly. He didn't just throw some LA Looks gel on that. He has a clean enough shave that passes the test of future high res photo technology, something that buries a lot of celebrities from the pre internet era. A "rare" photo of Gotti would have to be one where he's unshaven and wearing shorts and flip flops.
