Okay my last thought;

I think this is a good example of like, for all our Internet perusing, research and all that, maybe we should defer to the Philly guys on this, as they are actually on the spot, and CAN SEE, THESE GUYS ARE ACTIVE AND OUT HERE, so to speak....
